The Application Procedure

As soon as your application documents are received, you will get an automatically generated confirmation of receipt. In this case, you are accepted to the application process. Your application documents will be assessed in two steps. First of all, your application will be reviewed in the HR department to check, if it matches the respective job profile. Based on this pre-selection, the responsible department decides, if you are invited for a (first) interview. In case any questions arise during the review of your documents (e.g. on your start date), we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Depending on the area and position, the selection process will be quite different. In production, there will be a work trial and a face-to-face interview on site. Candidates for office jobs will usually be invited for a video call interview, followed by a face-to-face meeting on site.

It is the purpose of the interviews to get to know you as a person and receive a comprehensive impression of your capabilities and experience. In this way, we can find out together, if EBE is suited for you and if you are suited for EBE. The first interview will be held by the direct superior, usually together with a representative of the HR department.

Duration of the Application Process

The duration of the application process varies according to the job descricption and is influenced by different factors (e.g. scheduling process, number of applications and interviews). The careful examination and selection of applications is time-consuming and may in some cases take several weeks. However, we usually attempt to give you a first feedback within two weeks. Further Information

I am your contact person for all questions around our job vacancies, and in the follow-up process I will take part in most interviews together with the department.
