Door Opening Modules
EBE supplies customized, intelligent door opening modules for various applications that differentiate between mechanical solutions and sensor technology. Intelligence is guaranteed by innovative sensors, proven software and robust drives from the company’s own portfolio.
Manual operation: Automatic door openers with the push-to-open principle react to light pressure on the appliance door. The unlocking module is triggered mechanically or by intelligent sensor technology, whereby an inductive displacement measuring system measures the relative movement to the rest position of the door. The pull-to-open principle is suitable for various applications, including large or heavy doors and vacuum-sealed doors.
Fully automatic opening: EBE also develops fully automatic unlocking modules for vending machines, dishwashers and maintenance hatches. These unlock on the basis of an electrical signal and can be operated with or without a sensor. With the sensor, the door opens in a controlled and fully automatic manner, whereby the opening behavior can be controlled via software. Without a sensor, a plunger pushes open the flap or door to be opened.
