These Terms and Conditions of Supply have been recommended by the Trade Association AMA Verband für Sensorik und Messtechnik e. V. and were developed equally for suppliers and customers and represent a neutral and fair balance of interests. They are subject to continuous revision and adjustment by AMA e. V. to current legislative amendments and jurisdiction.
